| Our upholstery kits are custom made in England duplicating the interiors which were in the cars as they left the factory. The seat coverings are of leather and the balance of the interior is in matching vinyl as originally fitted. Connolly Brothers furnished the leather then and they furnish it now to make what we consider the finest interiors obtainable. This is born out by the fact that such prestigious car makers as Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Daimler also use Connolly hides for their quality interiors. All seat coverings have padded pleats as originally styled and the seat backs on the TC and TD models have the added eared edges. The leather seat kit as shown, the eight-piece trim panel set and the miscellaneous trim kit make up the complete interior except for the carpets. The door and trim panel set consists of eight panels including two door panels, two kick panels directly in front of the doors, two long narrow panels under the doors and two panels behind the doors and above the rear wheel arches. The panel colors are carefully matched to the seats and have half inch "hidem" stitched along the borders. The miscellaneous trim panel set included tailored wheel arch covers, beading to fit between panels and body and between dash and body as well as hood tacking strip and enough vinyl to cover dash and side curtain compartment. We offer these kits in original shades of Apple Green, Biscuit, Tan and Regency Red. Black is also available. Sample swatches and information on delivery and deposit will be forwarded upon request. Our carpet sets are unbound as original, in black. The TC handbrake boot and gearshift boot are in leather. When ordering tops and side curtains for TD, be certain to state whether you have a two or three-bow top. Carpet sets, tops, tonneau covers and side curtain covering kits are normally carried in stock and are available for immediate delivery. |
